1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SupaPaws Trade website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, applying for a Trade Account, or creating a login, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, which govern the sale of products, and our Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Site and Trade Account features are intended for use by registered businesses seeking to purchase goods on a wholesale or trade basis. The Site is not intended for use by members of the public for personal, non-trade purposes.

2.2 You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent when applying for, or using, a Trade Account.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 To access trade pricing and place orders, you must apply for a Trade Account and be approved by us.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.3 Each Trade Account is for use by one business only. Login credentials must not be shared with unrelated third parties or other businesses.

3.4 You must notify us immediately at shop@supapawstrade.co.uk if you become aware or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes connected with your trade business and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or our systems;
• use the Site to transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code;
• scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site (including pricing or product data) other than for your own ordering purposes;
• use automated means, such as bots or scripts, to access the Site or place orders without our permission;
• misrepresent your identity or business, or provide false information in a Trade Application; or
• use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation, or interfere with any other user’s access.

5. Suspension and Termination

5.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or your Trade Account, without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, provided false or misleading information, or engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct.

5.2 Where we identify unauthorised access, misuse of the Site, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that causes loss to us or to third parties, we reserve the right to take legal action against those responsible, including recovery of any losses incurred.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and the SupaPaws Trade name and registered trade mark (UK00004279942), is owned by us or our licensors.

6.2 You may view and use the Site for your own trade purchasing purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

7. Availability and Changes to the Site

7.1 We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the Site, or any part of it, for operational or business reasons.
